Program Description

Event Details

This children’s art program is a nine-month series focused on contemporary art in our everyday lives. Participants will learn about modern mediums and their origins, then create an original and fun piece of art! Program content will include a brief history of printmaking and its’ presence in modern art. We may get messy, dress accordingly. For children ages 8 - 12. Space is limited. Registration required. Sponsored in part by the Hernando County Fine Arts Council.

Photography During Programs

While attending library programs, visitors may be photographed by library staff. Photographs become library property and may be used in library promotions.
