Step into the shadows of Florida’s past with a special presentation from guest docent Mary Sheldon of the historic May-Stringer House, a legacy right here in Brooksville. During this immersive program, Ms. Sheldon will guide audiences through the unique history of the 1850s Victorian-era home, sharing stories of its original inhabitants, and the spirits said to linger within its walls.

You will learn about the home’s transformation from a pioneer homestead to a community landmark, and discover why the May-Stringer House captures the curiosity of ghost hunters nationwide.
