Nutrition Education is a four-week series for adults. Participants must commit to attending most of the sessions. 

*Strategies for stretching your food dollar
*How to add more nutrients into your life
*How to incorporate more movement into your day-to day
*How to plan & prepare meals on a budget.

Photography During Programs
