10 Tips for Adults": these sessions are geared towards adults aged 18+ as a comprehensive 4-session series to support healthy eating on a budget. There are two different types of series within this adult curriculum that offer a theme of healthy eating and encourage participants to increase consumption of fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and lean protein or focus on food resource management, all while providing strategies for participants to stretch their food dollars. Each session within the series features a food demonstration, with the series ending with the inclusion of a printed/digital cookbook for participants.
