Join us once a week for four weeks on Food smarts for families, Nutrition Education Class.

How to move your body in safe and enjoyable ways.

How to eat a balanced variety of food throughout the day.

How to set realistic and attainable nutrition and wellness goals.

How to meal prep and grocery shop on a budget.
