Event Details

Sent to check whether mountain caribou are wandering down to Washington State from Canada, feisty wildlife biologist Alex Carter instead encounters environmental conflict and a murdered forest ranger. Alex has a passion for protecting endangered species, even when her own life is at risk, as it is here when she lands smack in the middle of a battle between loggers and activists trying to protect the old-growth forest. Contact us via the email address provided for a copy of the book and the discussion questions. For adults. Space is limited. Registration required.
