Join us to discuss selected chapters from the book "The Cuban Sandwich: a History in Layers."  Savor the history behind each bite, and find out how it evolved from its origins in the midnight cafés of Havana to claim a spot on menus in the US and beyond.  Contact us via the email provided for a copy of the reading and the discussion questions. For adults. Registration required.
