Program Description

Event Details

 Make this easy craft by using a black marker tracing circles to form a pattern.  Use your favorite watercolor paints and fill in each section and enjoy your finished masterpiece.  Supplies are provided and registration is required.  Sponsored in part by the Hernando County Fine Arts Council.
