Program Description

Event Details

Join us for this month's Art Attack @ Your Library where we'll be making mini journals out of found objects.

From the French meaning "to glue," collage describes the technique of composing an artwork by gluing a wide range of materials - including pieces of paper, fabric, newspaper clippings, and sometimes readymade objects  to a surface".

In this session we will construct a mini art journal from a sheet of paper and some cardboard and then create a mini collage or two in the pages. You will then be able to fill up the other pages at home with your own personal items.

Registration is required.

Sponsored in part by Hernando county Fine Arts Council.
